• The interchangeable seal assemble adapters are designed for use with the
cam or crank bolt.
• Admit the crank seal to be supplanted without disassembling the crankcase
omitting your time and costs.
• Do not worry about scraping the crank surface. Includes a puller coupled
with specialized puller legs that hook the seal for fast and easy removal.
• The blue seal adapters are made of aluminum to prohibit the harm of crank.
• Kit services seal sizes of 21.6mm to 58mm.
• A.) Removal the seal on the crank case:---
1. Decide which pair of puller legs is needed to reach the seal.
2. Hook each puller leg to the inner diameter edge of the seal and place then
contrary of each other.
3. Grasp the puller firming screw tip to the end of the crank/cam and slide the
puller leg heads onto the puller crossbar.
4. Thread the puller firming screw interior until the crank/cam seal is plucked free.
• B.) Install the seal back to the crank case:---
1. Choose an adapter size that fits the bolt removed from the crankshaft/camshaft.
2. Assemble the adapter and fixed ring onto the bolt. (Note: If the screw is too long
to press the seal, insert a spacer between the fixed ring and blue adapter.)
3. Choose a blue adapter that suits the diameter of the oil seal.
4. Put the new oil seal into place on the crankshaft/camshaft and use the blue
adapter to firm it in place.
5. Begin threading the bolt and assembled components by hand into the crank/cam.
6. Using a hand spanner, press the new seal back into place.
