Bench Brake Bleeder

•Securely mount master cylinder in bench vise by one of the two mounting ears.
•Attach bench bleeder mounting arm to remaining mounting ear of master cylinder.
•Assemble lever and plunger assembly of bench bleeder to mounting arm.
•Attach fittings in " Brake Line Out " ports and run a suitable hose back into master cylinder reservoir.
•Fill master cylinder reservoir to the appropriate level with new dot approved brake fluid as per the vehicle manufacturers specifications.
•Slowly operate lever arm to completely depress the master cylinder piston/plunger assembly, then slowly release.
•Repeat step 7 until there are no more air bubbles entering the master cylinder reservoir from the " Brake Line Out " hose assembly. Install reservoir from old master cylinder or replacement reservoir onto replacement master cylinder.
•When you are sure you have removed all entrapped air in the master cylinder bore, remove bench bleeder tool assembly from the master cylinder.
