Dent Puller Kit With 10 Pads

•Part of the Power-Tec PDR range.
•10 assorted glue pads.
•For use with glue gun or similar and glue sticks.
•Instructions supplied.
•Manual operation.
•Glue pulling is an ideal repair process when there is restricted access behind the dent to be repaired, and when used with care the paintwork will not be damaged.
•The Dent Puller Kit is ideal for reducing small dents and dings.
•It is supplied with 10 assorted glue pads, including circular and split elliptical pads suitable for a variety of different dent shapes and sizes.
•The glue pads are designed to grip the glue and pull in different ways.
•A split pad initially pulls strongly across the dent.
•Then the pad deforms as the metal moves out and the pad is pulling more from the centre. (See diagram.)
•Quick to use.
•Effective.
•Simply.
•Can also be used with glue gun.

•Recommended products:---
   1.) Gluematic Glue Gun.
   2.) Glue Sticks – Pack of 15.
3.) Solvent Spray for Hot Melt Glue.

•Instructions:---
1.) Clean the area around the dent to be repaired with a solvent degreaser / release spray. This ensures the hot glue will stick to the panel.
2.) Choose a glue pad of the correct size and shape.
3.) Apply the hot glue to the pad and place in the centre of the dent.
4.) Before continuing, check that the glue has cooled and set.
5.) Position the puller over the glue pad, sliding the puller grip over the head of the pad.
6.) Tighten the red control knob in a clockwise direction to steadily pull out the dent.
7.) As the metalwork straightens and returns to its former position the tension will cause the glue seal between the pad and the panel to break.
8.) Now the solvent cleaner is applied again to soften the glue and it is easily removed with a soft plastic scraper. Clean off any remaining traces of glue with the solvent.
9.) A deeper dent may need two or three applications of the glue pad.
