Tyre Valve Removal / Device Tool
•Tyre valve installer and remover. User removes / install tyre valves without removing the tyre.
•Not suitable for tyres with TMPS. Ideal for replacing leaking valves (rubber bodied tyre) on cars, vans, motorcycles...etc.. 
 
•1. Removing tyre valve from wheels. 
 Using a suitable lubricant, lubricate the valve hook tool and around the tyre valve pushing the body of tyre valve and inserting the valve hook tool between the tyre valve and the valve hole in the wheel rim (fig.2). 
 Turning the valve hook tool clockwise to 90° and let it under the tyre valve. 
 Lifting the valve hook tool and pulling the tyre valve from the wheel rim (fig.3).
 
•2. Fitting Replacement Tyre Valve. 
 Cleaning up dirt and corrosion around the valve hole in the wheel rim. 
 Screwing the replacement tyre valve to the push  /pull driver (fig.4). 
 Lubricating the tyre valve body and the inside of the cone. 
 The body of the tyre valve will be deteriorated. 
 Placing the small side into the rim of the valve hole in the wheel and aligning the tyre valve (fig.5). 
 Using the push/pull driver to force the tyre valve all the way through the cone until it has entered the wheel (fig.6). 
 Pulling the tyre valve upwards until it’s placed seats in the wheel rim (fig.7). 
 Unscrew the push / pull driver and removing the cone. 
 Inflating the tyre and checking of leaks around the valve body. 
 Note: Do not use mineral oil or grease.
