Shock Absorber Installation Tool
•Material: S45C Steel.
•Application: BMW, MB, Toyota, Nissan, Fait, Peugeot, Ford...etc.
 
Consisting of:---
•1pc telescopic basic unit with handle.
•1pc intermediate bearing with telescopic pipe receiving thread and handle.
•1pc uni-clamping piece with plastic jaw protector.
•1set clamping screw set (2pcs short).
•1set clamping screw set (2pcs long).
•1pc T-grip allen key with ball.
 
Function of the tension stop springs:--- 
•It only comes into effect at the end of the damper passage during the rebound stroke.
•The tension stop springs ensure that the shock absorber cannot be damaged, when stretching right up to the end stop.
•The spring is located directly within the shock absorber and is not active when in neutral gear and in the pressure stage.
•Advantage: Piston rod only remains in this position during the clmaping process and is not retracted.
•Feature: This new and innovative tool is a genuine problem solver for the dismantling and assembly of shock absorbers with tension stop springs.
•Removal procedure: Strut completely removed-dust boot or bump stop lifted-piston rod degreased. Add clamping piece and secure in place.
