Air Operated Oil Pump, Capacity: 200L
•(1) Pump moves and oil suction are two separation system, it won’t contaminating grease.
•(2) Typically used in workshops, service stations, fleet maintenance, mining, agriculture, armed forces, construction, trains, etc.
•(3) Use pneumatic pump, no need for electric power, can be used in places with flammable substances, such as, gas station, car maintenance plant...etc.
•(4) The pump is made of aluminum alloy by forging.
•Capacity: 200L. Pressure Ratio: 16 : 1. Deliver Rate: 80c.c / cycle.
•Air Input Pressure: 4 ~ 9 bar / 60 ~ 130 psi.
•Oil Output Pressure: 64 ~ 144 bar / 960 ~ 2080 psi.
•Hose Length: 20 ft. N.W.: 16.1 kgs. G.W.: 17.2 kgs. CUFT: 1.2'.
•Oil Usage:---
(1) Pressure ratio (120-7541): 5:1 suitable to pump 0#~120# engine oil or general non-corrosive solvent.
(2) Pressure ratio (120-7542): 16:1 suitable to pump 140#~200# gear oil or general non-corrosive solvent.
(3) If you want to know how much added oil volume is, we suggest you buy flow meter extra. (Model: M101, M201. There are two types for your option.)
(4) If you want to pump the oil to long distance, we’d suggest hose reel be purchased extra. (Model: RE020)
