• Operation-Voltage Measurement: Red clip connect with positive (+) polarity,
  & black clip connect with negative (-) polarity.
  The nixie light will show"00.0" when nothing connecting with the testing probe.
  When the tester probe connects with positive voltage, the nixie light will display
  the voltage. If the voltage is less than 0.3VDC, the nixie light will show " 00.0 ".
  If the voltage is greater than 62VDC, the nixie light will display " Err ".

• Operation-Continuity Testing: Red clip connect with positive (+) polarity, and
  black clip connect with negative (-) polarity.
  The nixie light will show " 00.0 " when nothing connecting with the testing probe.
  Connecting the extension cable with the black clip or the negative (-) polarity.
  Connecting the other side of the extension cable and tester probe with two
  terminal of the testing target. If the target is conducting, green LED will light up,
  and buzzer will be on.
